    Course Summary

Agriculture is almost never about small one-family farms anymore. Today’s agricultural industry is complex, and highly trained business professionals are needed to manage the supply chains, personnel and equipment that goes into food and material production, Agribusiness managers also need to address the increased demand to limit the ecological impacts of the industry as a whole. You can learn what this is really all about with the university’s 1000 hectares of active farmland and 500 head dairy herd.

Aberystwyth University’s BSc in Agriculture with Business Management is a great way to become involved with the modern agricultural and agribusiness industries at a high level. You’ll not only learn the science and strategy behind modern managed agriculture, you’ll learn the business and people management skills you need to run an operation efficiently and profitably. You’ll also spend a year working in agribusiness in order to really cement your understanding of the industry.
