This BA program is delivered over 3 years at full time. However, part-time attendance is an option for many students. It can also be taken as an extended 4 year degree with permission.
In your first year, you’ll gain a wide raging basis in the film making arts. You’ll learn technical skills, the theory which informs modern film making, and the principles of health and safety as they relate to the industry.
In your second year, you’ll add to your practical and critical skills. You’ll learn to work as a team in a production studio, and begin to develop your own specialty within the group. You’ll also learn how to evaluate your own work effectively.
In your final year, you’ll conceive, produce and post-produce a Graduation Film alongside a team of other students. You’ll also do a great deal of independent study to refine your specialist abilities.
