    Course Summary

Bath Spa University’s MSc program in Creative Computing is a perfect next step from their BSc program of the same name, but students come to Bath Spa from all over the country – or the world – to earn a specialised Master’s degree on this rapidly growing, highly paid field.

Upon graduation you’ll be a creative technologist with a well-rounded education and experience with a wide range of industry standard tools and software packages. You’ll be able to supply new ideas or to help others refine their concepts into effective, marketable pieces.

This degree can be taken at a full time, accelerated rate. However, it is generally taken at part time, allowing employed students to stay in their current positions whilst they train for greater responsibilities. It accepts post graduate students with a first degree in a relevant field at the 2:2 level or better. Alternatively, applicants can be accepted without the first degree requirement if they can demonstrate both an excellent creative portfolio and many years of professional experience.

If you are changing direction after starting in another career area, you will possess valuable work experience and professional awareness.
