    This program incorporates an integrated Foundation Year, which makes it accessible to almost anyone, regardless of their performance when it comes to A Levels (or the international equivalent).     Learning & Teaching

    Bucks University uses many different learning and teaching methods at different stages of their degrees. Early on basic skills, theories and factual knowledge will be the focus of most modules, in order to prepare students for later success. This will be delivered via large format lectures, smaller and more interactive seminars, industry-specific skills workshops and activities that make use of the school’s Virtual Learning Environment. In later years, the emphasis shifts more and more towards self-learning.

    Buckinghamshire New University’s Accounting and Finance BSc program is specifically intended to prepare you for an accounting or financial career by giving you an extensive list of exemptions from testing into professional bodies like the CIPFA, the ICAEW, the CIMA or the ACCA. Not only will these exemptions make your later career advancement faster, many employers look for graduates with these exemptions for fast track employment opportunities.     Entry Credit

    Successful completion will result in a full BSc degree.

    All classes are taught in English, and international students will be required to show proficiency in English by scoring well on an approved test. A good IELTS score would qualify, for example.
