Cardiff Met’s MBA program is highly respected in Wales, across the UK and in the world at large. It attracts students who have experience in either the public or private sectors and who wish to change the trajectory of their careers by learning the general business skills, high end management techniques and leadership ability that they will need to excel in their chosen career.

You’ll study modern business techniques from a wide range of perspectives, and come to understand all of the major functions of common business types in detail. The course was created with the guidelines of the UK Quality Assurance Agency in mind, and has a much more practical, professional direction than typical MBA programs.

You will attend seven taught modules in total. 5 will be ‘core’ modules that every Cardiff Met MBA student takes, and two will be electives chosen to match your interests and career aspirations.

If you are changing direction after starting in another career area, you will possess valuable work experience and professional awareness. Many employers actively seek candidates with these benefits.
