A BSCc in Management from Keele University may be just what you need to begin a career in management, or to jumpstart your advancement in your existing field. You’ll come to understand the responsibilities a business manager has to their company and to the society around them.

You’ll learn a wide range of theory and real world, practical skills through studying the economic, legal and organisational challenges that modern businesses face. You’ll also see how they were met – both successfully and unsuccessfully. You’ll explore issues like gender equality in the workplace, socially responsible business practices and ways to positively promote diversity of all kinds.

You’ll study not only the ‘classic’ thinking on these areas but cutting edge developments learned directly from experts in their fields. You’ll be able to approach the relationship employees have to their employer from a number of unique perspectives, as well as seeing an organisation from the stakeholder’s point of view.
