    Course Outline

    This degree program will see you building on your undergraduate degree to gain detailed understanding of accountability, ethics and governance in both corporate and financial contexts.

    You will take core modules designed to establish a solid background knowledge of financial management as well as both accounting and accountability. You’ll learn the financial management and technical accounting techniques you’ll need to tackle some of the business world’s most complex problems, and you’ll come to understand how accounting firms and large financial institutions really work, from the inside out.

    In addition, you will select from elective modules delivered by true world experts on the subjects of management and financial accounting. Many of these will of course touch on the need not just for accountability but also true corporate responsibility and ethical management in order to meet the needs of modern stockholders.

    Learning & Teaching

    This postgraduate degree program has an intense focus on independent study and research, but it will also feature a wide range of teaching methodologies, including both traditional large lectures, smaller group tutorials and interactive seminars. Your progress will be assessed through a mix of multiple choice tests, projects, coursework and written examinations.
