    Kwantlen Polytechnic University offers a BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) program specialising in Marketing Management.     Course Outline

    This degree program is typically delivered over 4 years. Students cannot enter directly into KPU’s School of Business, though. They will have to complete at least 15 credits of undergraduate coursework first, and maintain good academic standing throughout. This can typically be accomplished in a single year, allowing entry into a specific business program from year 2.

    Learning And Teaching

    KPU’s Marketing Management program is delivered primarily through lectures, skills workshops and seminar sessions. Some modules may be available as distance learning or blended learning programs. In addition to learning in the classroom, though, you’ll have access to experiential learning (field schools, practicums, and co-operative courses), extra-curricular learning where you can meet new people and gain experience both on campus and off, and co-curricular experiences which can dramatically improve your employability.  

    Career Possibilities

    Many recent graduates of KPU’s Marketing and Management BBA program have gone on to graduate degree programs or to take professional qualifications. Others have become advertising account executives, assistant marketing managers, business development officers, business development officers, business management consultants, consultants, management analysts, digital marketing managers, marketing planning manager, social media managers, market research executives, marketing analysts, marketing executives, marketing managers, marketing researchers, promotion specialists, retail division managers, retail trade managers or retail trade supervisors.

    Entry & Credit

    Successful completion will result in a BBA degree.

    Applicants to the BBA program must first be admitted to the Business School. This will require a secondary education, or the international or Aboriginal equivalent.

     All classes are taught in English unless otherwise noted, and international students will be required to show proficiency in English by scoring well on an approved test.
