Course Summary
Leeds Arts University’s BA in Fashion Branding with Communication is an ideal program for a creatively minded student with an interest in communicating and defining fashion brands at the local, national and global levels. It will teach you the skills you need to define your own professional practice, grounded in an ethical, social, political and economic understanding of the fashion industry.
You’ll learn about the many theories and approaches that underlie today’s fashion industry. You’ll develop tour creative direction skills as well as your ability to create images, editorial copy and advertising copy. You’ll learn how to properly exhibit designs and styles, how to develop products for different markets, and how to conduct both experiential and merchandising campaigns.
This program also has a strong focus on working collaboratively I interdisciplinary teams You’ll work alongside students in other creative degree programs in creative teams that closely mimic the teams used by today’s creative industries.
