Course Summary
A BA in Accounting and Finance from Manchester Metropolitan University is a great career move for students who are eager to work their way up to a position like Chief Financial Officer or perhaps to start their own accountancy firms. You’ll learn the mathematical, technical, business and leadership skills you’ll need to thrive in nearly any industry.
This degree can be taken in three different modes. It can be a 3 year degree at full time, a 4 year degree including up to a year in professional placement or a 4 year degree incorporating up to a year of study overseas.
Though optional, you should seriously consider taking either a year in work placement or studying abroad. Overseas study will give you an international perspective on both of these disciplines. A year in work placement will provide critical real-world working experience and a not insubstantial pay check. Both will look great on your CV as well.
