Course Summary
A combined BSc / MSci degree from Middlesex University London will demonstrate to potential employers that you have amassed the kind of scientific and technical expertise as well as the practical laboratory skills they require from high level graduates in the life sciences.
You’ll have multiple opportunities to join research expeditions to various parts of the world throughout your studies, and will conduct a research project of your own in your final year – with the help of the academic staff of course. You can even take a special fieldwork training course at the university’s campus in Mauritius.
You’ll also have the option of a year in industrial or research placement. This represents a great opportunity for you, as you’ll learn field work and / or laboratory skills from people already working within your chosen specialty.
