Course Summary
Plymouth Marjon University offers a BA in Leadership and Management for Business which will prepare you well for a career in the business world. You’ll learn the theory and practice of enterprise operations, coaching and mentoring finance, accounting, human resource management, leadership and marketing. You’ll learn applied coaching techniques, and specialise in providing services to both small and medium sized businesses.
If you are already qualified, this program may be taken as a ‘top up’ degree.
This is a fully accredited program, and depending on your module choices you could graduate with a Level 5 Award in Coaching and Mentoring, A Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership (or both) from the Chartered Management Institute as well as your BA degree.
