    Course Summary

Royal Roads University’s BBA program focuses primarily on Sustainability in Business. It could prepare you well for an MBA, or for a career as an entrepreneur, CEO of a start-up, a driver in business strategy or a consultant on process innovation.

You’ll learn about all the ways the values and vision of a leader can drive the improvement in the organisation, the processes and the products of nearly any business. You’ll learn to create opportunities for local communities which are both profitable and sustainable in the long term. To create the kinds of goods and services which make for good business as well as a healthy planet.

This is typically taken as a ‘degree completion program’, and assumes that you have already completed 2 years of post-secondary education or their equivalent. It can be a 4 year program, however, and those who do not already meet the language requirements for the program can complete the first two years of the degree at the International Study Centre.

If you are changing direction after starting in another career area, you will possess valuable work experience and professional awareness.
