Course Summary
A BA in Business Law from St Mary’s University will prepare you for a career not as a lawyer but as a legal expert in your chosen industry, able to ensure strict compliance with all laws and regulations, and to navigate the always tricky waters of international and global commerce.
This program can only be taken as a joint honours degree, and there are three degree pathways: Business Law and Business Management, Business Law and History or Business Law and Tourism. Though some options may be a bit industry specific, all pathways prepare you excellently for a career in managing a business, working in commerce or HR, or even government or public service.
You’ll be able to further specialise your joint Business Law degree program with a wide range of optional modules and commercial or industrial work placements. Better still, you can sample man options before committing to a career.
