The program is fully accredited by the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and the CIOB (Chartered Institute of Building). This indicates to potential employers that you have been educated to the highest standards of the industry, and are capable of doing great things for them.

You’ll have an opportunity to spend a year in industrial placement at one of the University’s partner organisations. All students are strongly advised to consider doing so. Work placement is a great way to learn real world working skills, and can help you gain the complex, real world skills the most desirable employers demand.

Many employers actively seek candidates with these benefits.
