    A BA in Accounting from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David is an excellent choice for any student who has a head for numbers and analysis. Most students will come to this degree form a maths, business or accounting background but it is open to all students with sufficient UCAS Tariff points, and admission is decided on much more than your marks in school.

    This course is accredited by the ACCA, and successful completion will entitle you to as many as seven exemptions form the ACCA’s membership exams. Beyond the modules taught, you’ll be able to apply to study abroad at any of the University of Wales Trinity Saint David’s partner institutions around the world, or to engage in two optional internships.

    Learning & Teaching

    The University of Wales Trinity Saint David strives to provide an academically rich, challenging and vocationally relevant learning experience for all of its students. Many different teaching and assessment methods are used, varying with the subject matter being taught and the preferences of each course tutor. Of course, large formal lectures will be common, as will smaller seminar or tutorial sessions and practical skills workshops.     Entry Credit

    Successful completion will result in a 3 year BA degree.

    Applicants must typically have earned 3 A Levels, 88 UCAS Tariff points or the international equivalent. The full list of qualifications which are accepted can be found here.

    All classes are taught in English, and international students will be required to show proficiency in English by scoring well on an approved test. A good IELTS score would qualify, for example.
