    • The Luxury Hospitality Business Environment

    Here you’ll explore what differentiates different services and organisations within the luxury hospitality sector.

    • Organisational Behaviour in Theory and Practice

    This model will prepare you for your internship, giving you the theoretical perspective you’ll need to learn from it.

    • E-Strategies and Systems

    You’ll learn how the internet and IT in general have changed the luxury hospitality sector.

    • Designing the Customer Experience I

    You’ll learn about luxury lifestyles and how to design a perfect customer experience.

    • Designing the Customer Experience II

    You’ll learn about management of services and whole service ecologies.

    • Business Performance Analysis

    You’ll learn sector-specific ways to monitor, analyse and improve performance.

    • Brand Reputation Management

    This module shows you how to apply Social Evaluation Theory to the industry.

    In addition, students must either secure an internship in the luxury hospitality industry, or complete a module on Business Research Methods.
