    Learning & Teaching

    The University of Winchester’s BA in Accounting and Finance is designed to do more than teach you background knowledge and accounting and finance techniques. It is intended to turn you into a confident, self-motivated learner. You’ll be taught via large lectures and smaller, more interactive seminars where you’ll be encouraged to discuss what you’ve learned in lecture within a group of your peers. You will also be assigned a personal tutor for the extent of your studies.

    This degree is designed specifically to improve your employability within your chosen specialty. As a result, some 94% of graduates have historically found satisfactory employment or entered into higher degree programs within 6 months of successful completion of the Accounting and Finance BA (According to the 206/17 Destination of Leavers from Higher Education survey).     Entry Credit

    Successful completion will result in a 3 year BA degree.

    All classes are taught in English, and international students will be required to show proficiency in English by scoring well on an approved test. An IELTS score of 6.0 overall with no section scoring less than 5.5 would qualify, for example.
