    Ulster’s BSc in Computer science has a strong focus on Software Systems Development. Delivered by the renowned Faculty of Computing, Engineering and the Built Environment at Ulster’s Magee Campus, this course is perfect for students who wish to understand more about how computers perform their tasks and communicate with their users and each other.

    You’ll study Software Design in depth, and then move on to the intricacies of Systems Development. You’ll also have the opportunity to spend time in a relevant work placement.     Learning & Teaching

    Ulster University’s BSc degree program in Computer Science makes extensive use of the university’s computer science labs. You’ll also attend large scale lectures, smaller group seminars, make use of IT resources remotely and do a great deal of self-directed study. Coursework consists of written assignments, presentations and similar tasks. Your progress will be assessed using a variety of methods including tests, presentations as well as both group and individual projects.
