    Economics is a fascinating field, and gaining a thorough understanding of it at the Master’s Degree level will prepare you well for a role in either research or economic prediction, in either the public or private sectors.     The University of Alberta’s degree programs are delivered through fairly standard lesson formats.     Entry & Credit

    Successful completion will result in 1 year MA degree. 

    To apply, you’ll need to have completed a BA or BSc in Economics, or the international equivalent.

    All classes are taught in English unless otherwise specified, and international students will be required to show proficiency in English by scoring well on an approved test.
