    Course Summary

    The Management (with specialism in International Business) MSc program at the University of Bristol is an intensive single year program which is designed to grant students a well-rounded understanding of management concepts and theory, as well as a uniquely global perspective of management is practice.

    Course Outline

    Term 1:

    You will begin by studying 4 core units based on management – Finance, Accounting, Organisational Behaviour and Strategic Management. These will give you a basic understanding of the field in an international scale.

    Term 2:

    Next, you will take 2 more specialised units, as well as two management-based units of your choice, which will guide your specialisation and career development. These should be selected with your dissertation in mind.

    Dissertation:

    Over the summer term, you’ll research and present a project-based dissertation of not more than 15,000 words but not less than 12,000 words. You will be able to select form nearly any topic which is both timely and related to international business.

    This dissertation will serve as a key asset in impressing prospective employers in the future, and could be the keystone of your future career.

    Learning & Teaching

    The University of Bristol is offering an unusually intensive program which offers quite a lot over just three terms.     The University of Bristol’s Management (with specialism in International Business) MSc program requires previous degree holders to have achieved at least an upper second class honours degree (2:1 or better) in a related field.
