It has a strong emphasis on practice, evidence based medical knowledge and all the tools you’ll need to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.

The program is designed to be very flexible, and to appeal to working General Dental Practitioners who nonetheless wish to improve their career trajectory with a postgraduate certification, postgraduate diploma or MSc in Clinical Periodontology. As it is only delivered at part time, you’ll be able to keep up with your busy work and personal schedule whilst attending classes and furthering your education.

There will be approximately 15 study and/or assessment days every year. During these sessions you will first observe, then later assist and finally lead in clinical treatments. All lecture notes, videos, assignments and other electronic assets will be available over the university’s eLearning system.
