Course Summary
The University of Chichester’s MBA program is focused on helping practicing mangers become skilled, multidisciplinary professionals. You’ll explore a wide range of practically focused business projects over the course of your studies. You’ll study concepts like continuous improvement, strategy development, leadership and the needs of a modern HR program. You’ll also explore many topics on the theoretical level, and gain a deeper understanding of both quantitative and qualitative research methods.
A typical monthly session will begin with a reading review where an assigned book or paper is discussed, and related specifically to the content of the last meeting or module. This encourages deeper engagement of both scholarly and research-based material. Next will come a group work session where the material is related to practical workplace situations and business functions. You will also participate in a wide range of group and individual projects. These can be discussed and arranged with the teaching staff.
