In addition to studying how businesses and other organisations of all types, sizes and remits operate, you’ll learn about how practices, processes and personnel are managed. You’ll also understand why these practices change in relation to the external business environment.
This program takes special note of the global business climate as it stands today, and how it is likely to change in the near and far future. You’ll learn how businesses keep their management styles dynamic to take advantages of shifts in this climate, and how entrepreneurs can use its features to found economic empires.
