    Greenwich University’s BA in International Business will give you both the general business and management skills you’ll need to take your place in nearly any business environment, it will give you the specialist information and multicultural sensitivities you’ll need to be a success working on a global scale with a wide range of different national and international organisations.

    You’ll learn business strategy, international management skills, and the understanding of emerging economies and overseas markets.

    You’ll also have the opportunity to study for your send year overseas as a part of the Erasmus + student exchange program.

    The degree program incorporates an optional year in work placement. These placements are typically paid, though certain charity organisations offer travel and meal expenses rather than a salary. They can be arranged at nearly any participating UK or overseas organisation, and you will be encouraged to arrange

    This degree program is typically delivered over 3 years at full time, 4 years at full time including a Sandwich placement year, or up to 6 years taken at part time.     Learning & Teaching

    The University of Greenwich offers a widely respected international business program. In addition to large scale lecture classes and more interactive tutorial or seminar sessions, you’ll spend between 20 and 30 hours each week learning independently, reading and preparing for class. Lecture classes are typically between 30 and 240 students whilst seminars and tutorials are more likely to be limited to 15-30 students. In all, you’ll devote around 10 hours for each credit you take.

    This degree is respected all over the world, and includes an important Erasmus + study abroad opportunity. You can further enhance your employability by taking the optional placement year, learning industry specific sills in a real world context.  

    Some graduates have gone into Logistics, IT, Banking or Financial Services roles. Many recent students have taken roles with organisations like Ericsson, Microsoft, HP, JP Morgan and PwC. Others have gone on to earn their MBAs or other graduate level degrees.

    Entry Credit

    Successful completion will result in a 3 year BA degree.

    All classes are taught in English, and international students will be required to show proficiency in English by scoring well on an approved test. An excellent IELTS score would qualify, for example.
