    Learning And Teaching

University of New Brunswick relies on many standard teaching methods to convey the content above. These typically include large formal lectures, interactive tutorials as well as seminar style classes. As UNB is a major research university, you will be able to contribute to these programs as you study.

The programs delivered by the Faculty of Management also include a great deal of case study and group project material designed to impart practical business skills.

    Career Possibilities

Many UNB Business graduates go on to higher educational options, such as an MBA, an MA or an MSc at New Brunswick or elsewhere.

UNB’s BAMHT students might, of course, enter the workforce immediately. If so, they would naturally gravitate towards roles such as park manager, site manager for a historic attraction, museum guide or docent, attraction operator, researcher or consultant for the tourism or hospitality industries or even travel writer.

    Entry & Credit

Successful completion will result in a BAMHT degree.

Applicants must typically have completed a Canadian secondary education including English and Maths, or the international equivalent.

All classes are taught in English unless otherwise noted, and international students will be required to show proficiency in English by scoring well on the IELTS or another approved test.
