    The University of Roehampton’s Global Financial Management MSc program will prepare you to take a leadership or management role in nearly any organisation devoted to international finance.     Course Outline

    This is a single year program for most students, if taken at full time.

    Core Modules include:

    • Pre-Induction Programme

    Extra support for students with little or no business experience or training.

    • Global Leadership programme

    Professional and careers skills events which run parallel to taught modules.

    • International Corporate Finance

    Detailed understanding of how corporate finance is managed on a global scale.

    • Business Research Methods

    Qualitative and quantitative research methods of use in business and management.

    • Strategic Marketing

    Ways to make better, more strategic decisions about marketing issues.

    • Financial Performance Management

    The skills you’ll need to help an organisation or department meet its financial goals.

    • Leadership and Change Management

    The skills you’ll need to get key people on-board, and make meaningful changes in a team.

    • Global Strategic Management

    Deals with setting and achieving strategic goals when managing company affairs on an international scale.

    In addition, you must choose to take either the Dissertation or Consultancy Project pathway in you last semester of the program.

    Entry & Credit

    Applicants must typically have achieved a 2:1 undergraduate degree or the international equivalent. Beyond that, a wide range of qualifications are accepted.

    All classes are taught in English, and international students will be required to show proficiency in English by scoring well on an approved test.
