    Learning And Teaching

Western’s MSc programs rely upon many different learning methods, and in an Ivey School of Business program you’ll take formal lecture classes and engage in practical skills sessions. You’ll take part in interactive seminars and even smaller tutorial sessions.

You’ll engage in a great deal of case-method learning. This involves looking at real world business cases and seeing what kinds of management strategies have been most – and least – effective in different circumstances.

    Career Possibilities

This degree program is designed to give you the theoretical and practical skills that a career in a general management demands. In addition to the boost in employability you’ll get from Ivey’s reputation for excellence, you’ll have the advantage of one of North America’s largest and most effective Career Management departments. 2 in every 5 Ivey alumni hold Director level roles (or higher), so your odds of rising to great heights are excellent.
