About the Authors
Dr Derek Worthing was the Head of the University of the West of England’s School of Land and Property Management until his retirement. He still works as a Building Surveyor. Nigel Dann also taught at UWE, but is now with University College of Estate Management. Roger Heath taught at UWE, but now runs a building surveying practice.
