Roger L Freeman is the Founder of Roger Freeman Associates, who provide telecommunications engineering consultation services throughout North and Central America. Before that he was Raytheon’s Principle Engineer for Advanced system planning. In all, Mr Freeman has more than 4 decades of experience in telecoms engineering, maintenance and operations.
