About the Author
Chris Napier is a clinician and co-owner at Restorative Physiotherapy in Vancouver. He teaches at the University of British Columbia, serving as a Clinical Assistant Professor. He is a runner himself, and won the Canadian Junior Track & Field Championships’ Silver Medal in 1996, and Bronze in the 1997 Canadian University Track & Field Championships.
