About the Author
Ben Falk is the backbone of Whole Systems Design LLC, and describes himself as a ‘backcountry traveller, tree-tender, ecologist, designer and builder. He has graduate degrees in landscape architecture and landscape design. He teaches at Harvard and the University of Vermont.
